Many experts regard the cuisine and wines of Burgundy as the best in France. This region has some of the world's best vineyards and wines, and the farms and rivers have, for centuries, produced ta rich choice of superb ingredients for the cuisine.

Ris de veau à la poudre de cassis / Sweetbreads, black currant powder, parsley mashed potatoes
Kir / Simonnet-Febvre Chardonnay, crème de cassis
Suprême de brocheton a la Bourguignonne / Pike filet braised in white wine and crème fraiche, mushroom duxelle

SEPTEMBER IS LA MINETTE RESTAURANT MONTH
It may be Center City restaurant week in September, but we have the best deal in town all month! 3 courses for $30; with wine pairings, $42, Sunday–Friday. We're bringing back some of your favorites. If you're looking for our Lapin à la Moutarde, we won't do that in September, but hope to put it on the menu again in the future.

First Course
Tartar de Saumon aux Lentilles Vertes de Puy / Salmon tartar, Puy lentils, crème fraîche, blood orange vinaigrette
Potage St. Germain / Pea soup, mushrooms, lardons, crème fraiche
Second Course
Truite Meunier / Miller-style trout, fingerling potatoes, haricots verts, lemon brown butter emulsion, toasted almonds
Poulet Farcie à la Julienne / Vegetable stuffed chicken breast, red wine sauce, potato purée
Dessert
Crème Brûlée / Classic Tahitian vanilla crème brûlé
Fondant au Chocolat / Molten-center chocolate cake, raspberry sauce, vanilla ice cream
NOTE: Our house white wine will be paired with the first course. Guests may choose to have another glass of house white or a glass or house red for the main course.
