About Our Menus And Wine

The inspiration for Bistrot La Minette's cuisine is drawn from the various regions of France and from the offerings of the finest bistrots found there. Chef Peter WOOLSEY has created a menu that is accessible and — most importantly — delightful to the senses. Our focus on traditional bistrot cooking is rooted in our vigorous commitment to using only the freshest, seasonably available produce, the finest meats and poultry and unprocessed ingredients. Vegetarian dishes will always be present on our menu.

As well as our ever-evolving á la carte menu, Chef Peter offers a traditional French Family Dinner for you and your party of 4–20 in our private salon, available with advanced notice. The evening will be like an invitation into a French family's home to experience a multi-course family-style menu. His experiences dining with his French family and friends is the inspiration for this intimate bread-breaking.

Our sommelier has created our wine and beverage list inspired by his living in Alsace, France, and from his own passion for the bistrot experience. Offerings at Bistrot La Minette include pitchers and half pitchers of wine, as enjoyed throughout France, very reasonably priced.
